Final Sale Policy
All orders placed through Lisa Fine Textiles are custom orders and are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges. This policy applies to all fabrics, wallcoverings, and pillows, as these items are either handcrafted to order or cut to your specific requirements.
Color Accuracy and CFAs
Slight variations in color and texture are inherent to artisanal printing and weaving and are not considered defects. Cuttings for Approval (CFAs) are not available for orders placed directly through our website. If a precise color match is required for your project, please place your order through one of our authorized showroom partners to request a CFA.
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrived damaged or defective, you must notify info@lisafinetextiles.com within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The item must be returned to us in its original, unused condition.

Fabric and wallcoverings must not be cut.

A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
Inspection and Labor
It is the responsibility of the customer, designer, or installer to meticulously inspect all goods before cutting or installation. Lisa Fine Textiles is not responsible for labor costs, installation fees, or any other expenses incurred once the material has been cut or used.
