Service Area
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States.
- Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Due to fluctuating freight requirements, shipping to these locations is handled manually. Please contact info@lisafinetextiles.com for a custom shipping quote.
- International: For inquiries outside of the United States, please contact one of our authorized showroom partners.
Our Order Review Process
To ensure the artisanal quality and continuous yardage of every selection, a member of our team will personally review your order and reach out to you if needed within 1–2 business days.
- Payment Authorization: Your payment is authorized at checkout to reserve your items. Funds are only captured once we have confirmed your order is ready for shipment or production.
- Availability & Cut Confirmations: Our textiles often come in varying bolt lengths. If your selection is currently out of stock or requires a specific cut confirmation (such as a non-continuous bolt), we will reach out to you via email for approval.
- Finalizing Your Order: We will wait for your confirmation before moving your order to the cutting table or production. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the authorization will be voided and the order cancelled to ensure your funds are released.
Production Lead Times
Lead times begin once your order has been verified and payment is captured. Please note that "Shipping" refers to the time in transit; "Lead Time" refers to the window required for artisanal production.
- In-Stock Textiles & Wallcoverings: Once verified and confirmed, orders ship within 2-3 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Textiles: A new print run currently requires 12–14 weeks.
- Out-of-Stock Wallcoverings: Depending on the design, lead times range from 6–14 weeks.
- Handcrafted Pillows: All pillows are made to order with a lead time of 3–6 weeks.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders via FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Available Methods: FedEx Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight.
- Important Note: Selecting expedited shipping (2-Day or Overnight) applies to the transit time only. It does not bypass the manual verification period, customer confirmation time, or the production lead times listed above.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all FedEx deliveries.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to FedEx. Lisa Fine Textiles is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages incurred during transit.
Inspection Requirement
Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to info@lisafinetextiles.com within 14 days of receipt.
